How does it heat and cool?? were using a Mitsubishi mini split hyper heat model with a seer of over 25 heat pump, 15,000 BTUs. This system allows the home to be heated and cooled in the most efficient way available. Tankless water heater. Low E casement windows with argon filled glass.
On-site stormwater management: Minimal impervious surface on the project site. Specifically, we created "ribbon style" concrete driveways and parking pads with pavers so rain water can infiltrate the site, rather than runoff into the storm water system. Rain barrel installed. Space for interior bike storage. Tenant performs NO yard maintenance all completed done by landlord.
Please understand were looking for a qualified tenant that understands the benefits of green living and will help to contribute to a small carbon footprint. all applicants will be considered but good credit and security background checks are absolutely required.
